Damascus: Syria accused the United States on Friday of involvement in last year's Israeli attack on Syria that Washington said struck a suspected nuclear reactor.
A Syrian statement said: "The US administration was apparently party to the execution" of the September raid by Israeli warplanes on eastern Syria.”
The United States on Thursday presented an intelligence report that North Korea had helped Syria build a suspected nuclear reactor targeted by Israeli warplanes in September.
In Vienna, the International Atomic Energy Agency pledged to investigate what it called serious US accusations.
"The Agency will treat this information with the seriousness it deserves and will investigate the veracity of the information," said IAEA chief Mohamed Al Baradei.
Syria has denied the US charge as "a fantasy".
